Grodzki, Bitfarms founder and current Chief Executive Officer will transition into the role of Chief Strategy Officer.

Mr. Fulford has spent the last twelve years working as an investment banker with several leading U.S. and Canadian investment banks. Prior to joining Bitfarms, Mr. Fulford led the fintech and financial institutions investment banking practice for a major Quebec-based financial institution. Mr. Fulford brings considerable experience covering a variety of sectors including cryptocurrency mining and blockchain, financial institutions, mining and real estate. During his career as an investment banker, Mr. Fulford has been directly involved in over 100 successful financing and M&A transactions for both public and private companies. Prior to his move to Toronto in 2006, Mr. Fulford began his career working with two Winnipeg-based asset managers.  Mr. Fulford is a CFA charterholder and has a B. Comm. (Honours) degree from the I.H. Asper School of Business.
