Bitfarms Announces Change of Auditor and Provides Notice of Release of First Quarter 2020 Financial Results
TORONTO & BROSSARD, Québec--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bitfarms Ltd. (“Bitfarms”, or the “Company”) (TSXV:BITF) announces that, at the request of the Company, Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global (“EY”) has resigned as the Company’s auditor and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) has been appointed as the successor auditor effective June 18, 2020. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“NI-51-102”), the Company has filed a Change of Auditor Notice (the “Notice”) on SEDAR together with letters from both EY and PwC, with each letter confirming agreement with the statements contained in the Notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events as defined in NI-51-102 between EY and the Company.

Bitfarms also announces it will release its first quarter 2020 results on Wednesday June 24, 2020 prior to market open.
